Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote or multinational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support provided.
