This role involves providing outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Italian-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services.
- Offer detailed product information and assist customers with any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Stay updated with company policies, products, and ongoing promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in CRM software and common office applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
