In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account management, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Handle complaints professionally, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with international clients.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a professional setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance.
