French Speaking Customer Service Agent – Work In Bulgaria – Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account management, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Handle complaints professionally, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance.
