• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.

• Self-motivated with a flexible and positive attitude.
