Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat related to products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered.
