This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with subscription inquiries, technical issues, and general service questions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
