Dutch Speaking Customer Agent For Streaming Service – Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece supporting a leading streaming service provider. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with subscription inquiries, technical issues, and general service questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay current with product updates, streaming platform features, and service policies.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
