Assist clients in selecting and booking hotels

Manage and update reservation details

Communicate promptly and professionally via phone, email, or messaging

 

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection

Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
