In this role, you will be a vital point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints tactfully, aiming to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system for quality control.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service standards.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support offered.
