Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Greek through phone, email, and chat.
- Offer accurate information on products, services, and customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company updates, products, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
- Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation costs covered by the company.
