Customer Service Representative – French – Braga

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: remote

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling technical inquiries and issues efficiently

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Engage with users by actively listening, educating, and providing clear and effective solutions

  • Build a partnership-driven support experience aligned with service quality standards

  • Ensure a smooth and seamless user experience across all interactions

  • Support the company’s mission toward the energy transition through excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred

  • Product or technical support experience considered an advantage

  • Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
